Guanghan is located in the northeast of the fertile Chengdu Plain, 20 kilometers south of Chengdu. Since ancient times, it has been the "gateway to Yizhou, the main thoroughfare to Shu Province, and the passage to Beijing." During the Han Dynasty, Guanghan was called Luocheng in ancient times. Friends who like the Romance of the Three Kingdoms should be more familiar with it. When Liu Bei led his army to conquer West Sichuan, it took him nearly a year to capture Luocheng, the last barrier of Chengdu. He then went straight to Chengdu and established the Shu Han regime.
