The Guizhou Provincial Museum is located in Guanshanhu District. It houses a large collection of historical relics, including ancient bronzes, ceramics, calligraphy and paintings, and ethnic relics, which reflect Guizhou's unique cultural history and development trajectory. The newly established "Humanities and Landscapes, Time and Peaks in Love - Colorful Guizhou History and Culture Exhibition" adopts a "one-shot" narrative method and is divided into six parts. It comprehensively and vividly displays the cultural and historical picture of Guizhou from prehistoric times to the pre-Qin period, Qin and Han Dynasties to the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, Sui and Tang Dynasties to Song and Yuan Dynasties, Ming Dynasty Guizhou, and Qing Dynasty Guizhou. It clarifies the trajectory of Guizhou's changes, highlights Guizhou's highlights, and shows Guizhou's development process of integrating into the core of China in the long river of history. This exhibition displays the development themes and regional culture of Guizhou in various historical periods. There are many fine cultural relics that are eye-catching and memorable. In addition, there are temporary exhibitions for everyone to enjoy.
