[Guiyang Summer Escape] The Ultimate 3 Days 2 Nights Guide

If you plan to visit Guiyang from June to August, keep this guide handy and just follow it. 🌈Accommodation Tips🌈 ‼ Be sure to book your hotel well in advance ‼ Most hotels in Guiyang are not great, especially around Huaguoyuan and the train station ‼ Recommended areas to stay: Pao Shui Chi, Da Shizi, Xiao Shizi, Minsheng Road for convenient travel 🟢3 Days 2 Nights Itinerary👏Day 1: Pao Shui Chi → Qingyan Ancient Town (Entrance fee 10) → Huaxi Yelang Valley → Qingyun Market → Twin Towers → Guiyang White House 👏Day 2: Qianling Park → Hongfu Temple → Catholic Church → Dongshan Temple → Cuiwei Garden → Jiaxiu Tower 👏Day 3: Guanshanhu Park → Zhongshu Bookstore → Guizhou Provincial Museum → Wenchang Pavilion → Minsheng Road Food Street → Return home 🌟Food Recommendations: ✔ Glutinous rice, Guailu rice, egg-wrapped potatoes, potato cakes, tofu balls, tofu wraps, sour soup hotpot, bean and rice hotpot, griddle cakes, Liuyishou grilled fish (used to be good, now average), silk rolls. If you don’t eat fish mint, be sure to tell the owner in advance!!! ⚠Notes: • ❇Note 1: Guizhou Provincial Museum is free but closed on Mondays.📅 • ❇Note 2: Guiyang has many underground passages; just follow the signs and you won’t get lost.📍 • ❇Note 3: Take the subway to the White House at night; taxis get stuck in traffic all the way • ❇Note 4: Don’t provoke the monkeys in Qianling Park, they really bite! • ❇Note 5: Download the “Yi Ying Qian Xing” app and bind it in advance for easier travel on Guiyang’s subway.📱 • ❇Note 6: Taiping Road internet-famous street is worth a stroll, but not recommended for food or drinks. The drinks taste like saccharin water (chain stores are okay), and the food ingredients are not fresh (almost every place). Even as a local, I got scammed and had to get compensation from the Market Supervision Bureau. Beware!
