Opened in 2016, starting in 2017, baking bread with our wheat grown directly by the owner's parents. Uses indigenous Korean wheat such as Geumgang wheat, a variety produced in Gurye, and ancient wheat varieties such as Khorasan wheat (Kamut) and Spelt (Dankel). All breads do not contain eggs or milk, and sugar is only used in small amounts in ciabatta and breads. Butter is only used in pastries. They say they mill their own wheat and use only the amount they will use that day. The waiting time is considerable. They also accept delivery orders.
