#summervacay Okay so I randomly ended up hiking to the summit of Seorisan Mountain in Chukryeongsan Natural Recreation Forest (near Gapyeong) and… whoa. Didn’t expect it to be that good. Super underrated spot, like, why is no one talking about this place?? The trail starts off chill, with quiet forest vibes, and then it gradually gets steeper, but in that fun “okay legs, let’s go” kind of way. Trees everywhere, birds doing their thing, and barely any people. Felt like I had the whole mountain to myself. Once you hit the summit, it’s seriously worth the climb. Huge views in every direction, breeze in your face, and that “dang, I did that” feeling. The best part? Total peace. No noise, just you and the sky. It’s not the most famous hike, but that makes it even better. No crowds, no chaos, just a solid trail and good nature energy. Highly recommend if you want a quiet but rewarding day out. Definitely bringing friends next time for a proper summit picnic.
