Sushi Restaurant 'Tuna Scent' in Hwangridan-gil

I visited 'Tuna Scent,' a famous sushi restaurant located in Hwangridan-gil, Gyeongju. At Hwangridan-gil's Tuna Scent, there are various set menus and many regular menu items. I chose Set A, which includes assorted sushi, futomaki, one pork cutlet or two shrimp tempuras, and two glasses of ade. The side dishes include a refreshing salad, crab meat mixed with popping fish roe, pumpkin salad, and spicy kimchi udon, all of which were delicious. The futomaki is packed with fresh ingredients like salmon, tuna, and shrimp tempura. It's really tasty. And the sushi, true to its reputation as a top sushi spot in Hwangridan-gil, melts in your mouth without any fishy taste. The sashimi is also fresh. The shrimp tempura is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, without being greasy at all.
