It is one of the best artisan coffee shop been experienced in Amsterdam, LSO is a serious coffee roaster shop, no fancy cake and pastry, really focus on making good coffee itself. We ordered an ordinary cold brew Americano as test, the roast is light to mild, the mouth feel is round, the acidity is crispy while soft. It was very balanced with depth, it is a type that is appreciated by general consumers and serious coffee hunters.
