Family Trip｜Choose the Right Hotel in Haikou for a Relaxing Getaway

I recently took my kids to Haikou, and after much online searching, I chose the Gefei Hotel (Haikou East High-Speed Railway Station North-South Fruit Market Branch). We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic experience that I just have to share! 🏨 Hotel Location: The hotel's location is truly unbeatable! It's less than a ten-minute drive from the high-speed railway station, which was a lifesaver with our luggage. It's about half an hour to Meilan Airport and a twenty-minute taxi ride to Old Street, making getting around super convenient. Plus, it's right next to the North-South Fruit Wholesale Market, perfect for evening strolls and snacks, and achieving true fruit freedom! 🛏 Family Room: We stayed in a family room, and the kids were thrilled the moment we stepped inside! The room was spacious, decorated with adorable cartoon bedsheets, and even had a fun little tent for the kids to play in. There were also some small toys in the room to keep them entertained. The TV had screen mirroring, so the kids could watch cartoons on a large, clear screen in the evening, making for a wonderful family movie night. The whole room was controlled by a smart Xiaodu assistant, which the kids found fascinating. They kept asking Xiaodu to play songs and open and close the curtains, completely absorbed. 🧹 Cleanliness: The room was spotless, the beds were soft and comfortable, and everything felt brand new. The bathroom was also odor-free, with toiletries neatly arranged. The housekeeping staff diligently cleaned the room every day, and any requests we had were promptly addressed, making our stay very comfortable. 🍽 Breakfast Experience: The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including a noodle station, coffee, and flower tea, catering to everyone's tastes. The extended serving time was a huge plus for families with elderly members or young children, as there was no need to rush and we could eat at our own pace. 💁 Service: The front desk staff and receptionists were incredibly thoughtful! As soon as I walked into the hotel with my child in my arms, they guided me to a sofa, helped me with all the check-in procedures, and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Their warmth and attentiveness were truly heartwarming. 🌟 Facility Highlights: The hotel offers free self-service laundry and drying facilities, a godsend for families with kids who need frequent changes of clothes. Food deliveries are made by a cute little robot, which the kids loved chasing around, finding it incredibly novel. The Gefei Hotel (Haikou East High-Speed Railway Station North-South Fruit Market Branch) offers incredible value for money. From the facilities and service to the cleanliness, everything was impeccable. I highly recommend it to families traveling to Haikou with children. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Haikou!
