Dugu Temple

Dugu Temple, built in the early Ming Dynasty, was a place where people prayed for a good harvest and worshipped the god of grains. Unfortunately, the temple was destroyed in the last century, leaving only two ancient ginkgo trees planted over 700 years ago when the temple was built.
The two ancient ginkgo trees, one male and one female, stand side by side. The one whose leaves fall later blossoms, and the one whose leaves fall earlier bears fruit. In late autumn, the golden leaves and abundant ginkgo nuts rustle in the autumn wind, poignantly narrating the vicissitudes of time.
