Parfait, Eton Mess, or Meringue Chantilly... After much deliberation, I decided on Eton Mess! Meringue cookies and vanilla ice cream, coconut panna cotta, cream chantilly, sesame crumble, and the ripening was perfect! Toshota's recommended melon Eton Mess! The meringue, which I love, is really crispy🫧 And the coconut panna cotta is smooth! It has a great texture! The melon was also juicy and sweet and incredibly delicious🍈 I could have chosen strawberry, but... melon🍈 It was the first melon I had this year✨ The drink was a coffee mocktail.
