Price per Person - 250 RMB Rating - 9/10 We were stranded in Hangzhou due to the typhoon In-Fa. Hundreds of travellers were booking hotels and Upper Inn popped up to be the closest and most affordable for me. It was tricky to find it especially that we took the taxi but their costumer service was very helpful to guide us which exit to take etc. etc. The room was structured to be very large and comfortable. Bed was huge and comfortable. They had good TV Cable connection and it offered so many movies I wanna stay more in the hotel. It kept us busy for the rainy days. The toilet and bath was clean. Since they only offer breakfast our food was ordered via Meituan and the little robot delivers it to our room. That's entertaining and efficient. There was supposedly a construction outside and noisy because of the location but they offered earplugs for that. Laundromat was available but during our stay it was broken so we were not able to use it and I had to handwash my clothes they were kind enough to give me soap. We needed nail clipper too and they lent a set to us. We asked them to clean the room and they were very glad to do it. My daughter messed up the safe and they came to repair it too. They had a breakfast buffet at their dining hall called "Chat Box". It was mixed western and chinese food. They had different kinds of food for the chaffing dish and it was fresh.
