You don't have to go to Yunnan; there's a rainforest haven right in the center of Hangzhou

In the West Lake scenic area, there are several well-known spots for capturing the 'Oz-like' greenery, such as Yu Hu Bay, Mao Jia Bu, and even the new Heng River bridge at Liu Lang Wen Ying where you have to queue up to take photos. However, recently there's a place on Wu Mountain that resembles a tropical rainforest. With dense vines and a broad view, the towering waves of greenery create a sense of mystery, and you can even see the City God Pavilion and the distant high-rises, giving the impression of stumbling into a sky garden. To capture this secret spot when the City God Pavilion lights up, I went there again with friends yesterday. There were so many mosquitoes at night, so be sure to take protective measures.
