I chose this hotel because of its location! Conrad is located on the bank of Qianjiang River, facing the prosperous Qianjiang New City. The night view is particularly charming, and the Qiantang River light show is right outside the window! Although the viewing angle is not perfect, the overall landscape is still very good. Room Experience The room is simply furnished and well-organized, and the bathroom amenities are BYREDO, which is a great experience. The smart toilet occasionally malfunctions, and the water pressure for showering is also low. The room was equipped with a Conrad bear, but the duck was charged! The first time you see a duckling you have to buy it at your own expense. Dining | Lounge The afternoon tea in the lounge is for single persons, with fruit plates and snacks of all flavors; the evening Happy Hour does not have many hot dishes, and the desserts and fruits are replenished relatively slowly. The lounge breakfast has more variety than other Conrad hotels. We ordered Benedict eggs and beef noodles, which tasted pretty good. At noon, we had a buffet at Yulan Restaurant, which cost 388 yuan per person + service charge. The dishes are quite varied, but the taste is average. Service experience The service in the guest rooms and lounge is OK, but the communication experience at the front desk is not ideal, and the communication process is a bit awkward. The service in the lounge is more attentive, the overall service details are good, and they even help to press the elevator while you wait when you check out. Internet celebrity check-in spot There is a strong internet celebrity atmosphere inside and outside the hotel, and bloggers can be seen checking in and taking photos everywhere. It is a veritable "internet celebrity hotel"! Overall experience The view and location are undoubtedly the highlights, but the hardware and services do need to be improved, and the overall cost performance is slightly low. It is suitable for friends who want to experience the night view of the city and check in with internet celebrities.
