Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake, great reviews

Location: Downstairs is Hangzhou Center Tower, with plenty of food and drinks. The subway station is also very close. It's very convenient to take a taxi. The parking lot is on the third basement floor, and it seems there are only dedicated charging piles for BMWs; other cars can't be charged there for the time being. Service: From the greeters to the front desk check-in, everything was excellent. The Four Seasons brand gives a sense of understated luxury. Everyone's service was just right. Facilities: The public areas are beautiful, but both the reception hall and the lobby are quite small. Fortunately, there aren't many rooms, so it doesn't feel particularly crowded. However, it does give a slightly cramped impression. The hotel hasn't been open for long, but the rooms don't smell too strongly. The toiletries used in the rooms are from Kérastase Chronologiste, which are very fragrant. The suites use Guerlain products. The welcome amenities in the room deserve praise; the details are quite good. Dining: I highly recommend the Song Restaurant. The pigeon legs there tasted like Peking duck legs. The Sichuan peppercorns underneath are a brilliant touch. The breakfast selection isn't extensive and didn't leave a strong impression. Overall, this price is worth it, considering it's a Four Seasons hotel, and the location isn't bad either. It's quite suitable for travelers who want to visit the local attractions.
