A great place for family camping: Experience the Life You Long For at Changle Forest Farm

We found a free camping and water play spot in Hangzhou—a natural forest oxygen bar🫧 next to a reservoir, surrounded by lush mountains and forests🌳 👉Under the metasequoia trees is the mushroom house from "Life You Long For." The whole way there, you'll see happy, smiling faces. Hangzhou Yuhang Jingshan📍Changle Forest Farm 🎫Free admission 🅿️Parking lot at the entrance: 6 RMB per hour 🛻From the entrance to Ganling Reservoir, Mushroom House, and the foot of Niangniang Mountain, there are four stops in total. The shuttle bus costs 10 RMB per ride, and children ride free. ✨Things to do: 🌿Free activities: ✔️Ganling Reservoir: A great place for camping and outings! It's about a 15-minute walk from the entrance. You can set up tents and canopies, have a barbecue, and there's plenty of open space. There's also a small stream where you can catch tadpoles—so much fun! 📍There are restrooms, small shops, and drink vending machines nearby. ✔️Niangniang Mountain Hiking: Hike to the end of the forest farm, at an altitude of over 400 meters. The scenery is lush and green in spring and colorful in autumn. It's a great place to bring older children or furry friends on weekends. 🌿Paid activities: ✔️Enchanted Forest: 🎫99 RMB per person, 1 RMB for children under 1.2m, including shuttle bus. There's a petting zoo, an unpowered amusement park, jungle trekking, and more. You can also use the canopy rest area. ✔️Mushroom House: 🎫58 RMB per person. Inside is the small house from "Life You Long For," surrounded by tall, dense metasequoia trees and a turquoise lake. It's also quite beautiful from the outside. We didn't do any of the paid activities; hiking and enjoying the scenery was beautiful enough. We walked from the entrance to the foot of Niangniang Mountain, passing by the reservoir, metasequoia forest, and bamboo forest—beautiful scenery all the way. Finally, we took the shuttle bus back. ☀️It's so relaxing to take the kids out for some fresh air on the weekend!
