Recommended restaurant for pizza with whole burrata cheese in Hanoi

Pizza Poppy's that I visited during my trip to Hanoi🍕 It became famous on SNS for its pizza with whole burrata cheese on it. There are chain stores all over Vietnam and 4 stores in Hanoi alone, but the one I visited was the Trang Tien store. If you sit at the bar, you can watch the pizza being made and baked in the oven! Burrata Parma Ham = Half With Big Burrata (150g) and Smoked Cheese Seafood Tomato Sauce The cheese that comes out in chunks is cut by the staff. The burrata pizza is famous, but I personally enjoyed the seafood pizza much more! I liked the slightly spicy tomato sauce and the seafood. If you visit, I recommend combining the two! It's one of the most memorable dishes I've had in Hanoi :) Tip- I heard that other stores have long waits, so I went to the Trang Tien store, and there was nothing to complain about, from the service to the taste and atmosphere.
