Thanh Hien Chicken Rice...Vietnamese Style Chicken Rice

Súp gà Thanh Hiền We walked past this restaurant on our way back to the hotel and looked at it. Oh my, it looks delicious. When I looked at the menu, I could understand that it was similar to our local chicken rice. So I went in without hesitation. The menu I ordered was probably chicken rice. I tried it. Wow, it's delicious!!!! The chicken is so good!!!! Very soft. Most of the chicken in Vietnam is free-range chicken, which is not really common in Thailand anymore. When I go to Vietnam, they use free-range chicken everywhere. I also ordered a soup. The soup here is chewy like a snack. It's delicious.
