Chasing sunsets

Long journey back to Harbin was made stupendous by this tranquil, gorgeous, and frosty sunset. Oh Mr. Sun, I will always be a fan! The horizon has been coated in rich coral pinks, reds, and peachy oranges as twilight approaches. Clouds that look like falling sheets of fabric drift among the colors, as though attempting to build a parachute for our plunging star. We realized that as the days have grown shorter and sunsets have become earlier in the day, we have had more opportunities to notice them at work. But we couldn't help but wonder if sunsets in the late fall and winter are simply... better.
