Climb to the top of the Harbin Grand Theater to watch the sunset over the Songhua River.

After leaving Sun Island, we took a taxi to the Harbin Grand Theater. We arrived just in time to watch the sunset over the Songhua River. The city of Harbin is visible across the river, with tall buildings and trees on the riverbank showing signs of autumn. The Grand Theater is located in the cultural center of Songbei District, Harbin, and includes a large theater (1,600 seats) and a small theater (400 seats). The building is designed with a double-curved surface and is a landmark of Harbin. In February 2016, the Harbin Grand Theater was selected by ArchDaily as the "Best Cultural Building" in the "World's Best Architecture 2015"… (Northern Autumn Series 5)
