Background The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin's interior design is a collaboration between two internationally renowned design teams: HBA and AB Concept. HBA is responsible for the overall spatial planning and design of core areas such as the lobby and guest rooms, while AB Concept focuses on the creative expression of dining and special spaces. The collaboration between the two adds artistic and cultural depth to the hotel's luxury. HBA Design Highlights: Integration of Spatial Planning and Regional Culture As a world-leading hotel design firm, HBA demonstrates a deep understanding of local characteristics and luxury experiences in the design of The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin. Lobby Design: The lobby space is lofty and open, with a giant crystal chandelier as the visual center, inspired by Harbin's Ice and Snow Festival. The walls and floors are made of natural marble and wood, embellished with ice crystal textures, creating a dual atmosphere of coldness and warmth. Guest Room Design: The guest room layout is function-oriented, complemented by soft neutral tones and local ice-blue accents. Custom-made furniture combines solid wood, leather, and metal materials, presenting both sophistication and comfort. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow guests to enjoy the natural landscape of the Songhua River.
