Dagu Glacier Let's go see the youngest glacier ❄️

Today, I will review my own trip to Dagu Glacier from Chengdu for 2 days and 1 night. 📍Address: Dagu Glacier is located in Sichuan Province, Aba County, which is an area on the Tibetan Plateau. You can travel from Chengdu. 🗓️Travel planning Day 1 Take a bus from Chadianzi Station to Heishui City, which takes about 6 hours. (You should book a ticket in advance). Then check in to a hotel in Heishui City. 🏖️Environment/Facilities: This city has beautiful nature. There are many accommodations to choose from. I recommend trying Sichuan hot pot, which is very delicious. There is a small stream flowing through it. You can walk and take pictures. 💰Average price per person: The bus fare is about 90 yuan or 450 baht. Day 2 Take a taxi from Heishui to the park. It takes about 15-20 minutes. 💰Average price per person: The fare is about 30 yuan or 150 baht (You can ask the accommodation to contact the driver, arrange a drop-off point and pick-up point in the evening.) Walking in the park is divided into Point 1, the car stops for taking pictures. There will be a lot of monkeys. You can feed them. Point 2, walk along the lake to take pictures. Point 3, you have to take the cable car. There are shops, restaurants, and coffee shops here. Then take the cable car to the highest point where there is a glacier. It takes about 4-5 hours to walk around the park. When you come back down, you can go back to the hotel, pack your luggage, and take the evening bus back to Chengdu. You will arrive in Chengdu in the evening. 🏖️Environment/Facilities: It is a glacier at an altitude of 4,800 meters above sea level. You can take the cable car up. At the top, there is a restaurant and hot drinks for sale, but not a lot. Before getting on the cable car, there is a coffee shop to sit and drink something warm. There is also a bathroom at the top. 🕰️bOpening hours: 08:00-18:00 💰Average price per person: Park entrance fee: 120 yuan per person or 600 baht 💰Average price per person: Park bus fare: 70 yuan per person or 350 baht Cable car fare (round trip): 180 yuan per person or 900 baht 💞Recommended reason: It is a beautiful park. You can walk and see the glacier up close. There are food shops. You can take pictures from various angles both on top of the glacier and below.
