Okinawa | Why not visit a farm to try some rare Okinawan coffee?

Did you know that you can grow coffee in Okinawa? Although it is technically outside the coffee belt, there are a few coffee farms in Okinawa! Matayoshi Coffee Farm is focusing on Arabica coffee cultivation. This farm offers tours and coffee roasting experiences, although only during limited periods! You rarely get to experience something like this! Unfortunately, when I visited, they were not offering these experiences...tears I thought I'd at least try some Okinawa coffee! So I went to the cafe. The cafe also offers coffee from outside Okinawa, but I decided to splurge on beans from Matayoshi Coffee Farm (a little more expensive than other places). Domestic coffee is rare, so I'm happy to be able to drink it!
