[Hyogo/Himeji] Izushi soba noodles served with noodle soup made with plenty of natural ingredients

🥢Sarasoba Bunraku Himeji Station South Branch 📍Himeji, Hyogo (6 minutes by car from JR Himeji Station) This time I ordered Seasonal Tendon and 5 plates of Sarasoba (1,580 yen) ️📝 The menu was quite extensive and I had a hard time deciding what to order, but I really wanted to eat Sarasoba, so I decided on the Tendon and set. There was a delicious way to eat Sarasoba, so I tried it that way✨️ It was delicious either way, pouring the broth over it or adding grated yam and egg yolk to the broth☺️ But I think it's best to dip it in the broth after all🙆♀️ The spicy broth made specifically for Sarasoba had a great taste! The Tendon was topped with shrimp, maitake mushrooms, shiso leaves, seaweed, and more, so it was very filling! The tempura was crispy💗 There was also a lot of rice, so it was quite filling.
