I found the Hiratsuka Museum of Art while walking around Hiratsuka. The spacious grounds are also home to bronze art pieces outside the museum. As soon as you enter the museum, you'll be greeted by the Unicorn. The museum also has a cafe called La Palette, which is open from 11:00 to 17:00. Admission is 200 yen per adult. Opening hours are 9:30 to 17:00.
