When I was making the travel guide, I heard that I must try this coffee shop. To be honest, the entrance of the shop I went to today is a bit small and even difficult to find. It also has no sign and is very low-key. At one point, I thought it was a Japanese coffee shop. I followed the navigation to the downstairs of the coffee shop, and walked back and forth for a long time but couldn’t find the entrance. The uncle next to me probably couldn’t stand it anymore, so he pointed upstairs in broken English and said "the workshop"! I guess I'm not the first guest to get lost. ✅About the store The store is hidden on the third floor of an old house. When you push open the door, what comes into view are huge windows, a barn-style high roof and industrial-style spotlights. Everything seems so simple yet indescribably comfortable. The bar is located in the center of the store and can be seen from every angle in the store. If you like to watch the street view, you can choose to sit by the window. It is really pleasant to watch the pedestrians passing by on the street. But I prefer to sit at the bar so I can watch the barista making coffee. ✅About coffee I heard that their coffee is grown on their own farm and they also roast it themselves. After ordering coffee, I sat down at the bar. In one corner of the bar, cold brew was being made with ice cubes, and the air was filled with the rich aroma of coffee. Their coffee is more sour than regular Vietnamese coffee, but the stimulation from the fruit acid is not very strong. No wonder the waiter asked me if I wanted an espresso when I ordered. After all, an espresso only costs 10,000 Vietnamese dong. There are also hand-brewed, cold-brewed and other coffees prepared on site, which you can also try. ✅About taste I drank no less than 15 cups of coffee in Saigon in 5 days, but after drinking their coffee, I felt that the coffee from other places didn't taste good.
