There are also many things to do, such as driving and visiting various nature spots, or winter activities such as snowmobiling, sledding, and soaking in hot springs. 🌲Mild Seven Hill A hill that stands out with a row of cypress trees planted on a high hill, which was once used as a location for a Mild Seven cigarette commercial in the 1970s. There is a parking lot on the opposite side of this spot. 🌲Christmas Tree A single tree shaped like a Christmas tree, standing tall amidst a field of pure white snow, giving a sense of loneliness, but at the same time, it has its own charm. This place is parked on the side of the road. ☃️Panoramic Flower Gardens Shikisai no oka, a wide open space that has changed from a field of colorful flowers to a vast snowy land. Here, there are Snow Mobile activities to choose from with various distances, such as a 30-60 minute tour, a distance of 10 km, priced at ¥15,200 (3,400 baht) for 2 people. Anyone who knows, please tell me) ☕️𝐂𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐊𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐨𝐡 10.00-18.00 (Homemade roasted coffee beans, North Industry) A small cafe hidden in Biei, Hokkaido, stands out with its own roasted coffee beans that give a rich and fragrant taste. The atmosphere of the shop is quiet, decorated warmly with wood and knickknacks that give a feeling like a Japanese-style house. 🍛Junpei (11.00-15.00 Closed on Mon) An old restaurant that has been open since 1977 in Furano City, it is famous for its “Omu Curry” or egg-wrapped rice topped with a special curry recipe that is rich and fragrant with spices. In addition to the famous menu, The shop also has a variety of homemade Japanese food to choose from. The atmosphere inside the shop is warm like an old house. (🚨We really wanted to eat at this shop. We waited in line for about 30 minutes, but it turned out that a tour group arrived at that time, causing a very long queue because we had to let the tour group that had booked enter first. In the end, we gave up. If we have a chance next time, we will go back and try it. Or if anyone has tried it before, how was the taste? Please recommend it.) 🏔️Shirahige Waterfall or "Whitebeard Waterfall" is located in Biei City. It is a unique waterfall because the water flows out of a crack in the cliff face instead of flowing down from the river. The highlight is the clear blue color of the water that comes from natural minerals. It is especially beautiful in winter when it is covered in snow. This waterfall is also the source of the famous Blue Pond (Aoi Ike), making it a tourist spot worth visiting all year round. 🦮Furano Trekking Support YUMA 9:00-15:00 An outdoor activity center in Furano City that provides nature-based tourism activities such as dog sledding in winter and horseback riding in summer. The dog sledding course costs around ¥3,000+ and takes 30 minutes. Advance booking is required. (🚨When we went, it seemed like they weren't open yet. I was a bit disappointed, so I could only take pictures of the dogs from a distance with concern.) 🛖Ningle terrace 12:00-20:45 A village of wooden cottages in the middle of a pine forest in Furano, built based on the idea of ​​the famous writer So Kuramoto, who intended this place to be a place to gather handicrafts by local artists. The atmosphere is super romantic, especially in the evening when the orange lights shine on the snow in winter (they turn on the lights around 16:00). Inside, there are handmade shops, small cafes, and many beautiful photo spots.
