Opened in 2005, Hong Kong Disneyland is one of two major theme parks in Hong Kong (the other being Ocean Park). Despite being the world’s smallest Disney theme park, the park still provides families with a packed day of Disney fun with over seven themed lands centred around well-loved Disney movies: Main Street, U.S.A., Fantasyland, Adventureland, Tomorrowland, Grizzly Gulch, Mystic Point, and Toy Story Land. Hong Kong Disneyland is located on Lantau Island, not far from Hong Kong Airport and is accessible from the city center in less than an hour. You can also book an airport transfer ride for a hassle-free journey from the moment you step out of the airport. Being one of the largest theme parks in the country, it is inevitable that Hong Kong Disneyland will be swarmed with both locals and tourists at any given day.
