The staff service attitude is excellent, polite and friendly. Efficient during check-in and patient to answer our questions. It also helps us solve difficulties when using self-check-out robots. On our first visit to the Tokio Hotel we had stopped in the lobby looking for good places and meals nearby, and a staff member proactively asked us if we needed help and gave us many good suggestions. Also during my second stay at the hotel, the staff attentive noticed that I had brought a cake and proactively asked if I needed to put it in the hotel refrigerator before arranging for the staff to deliver it to the room, which made me feel very warm.
