Rich fish soup with vermicelli

One day during lunch time, I took a boat with my colleagues across Ap Lei Chau Avenue again! You have to wait about 10 minutes to get a seat. ✦ Signature Boat Noodles ($45) 🍜 - The first time I ate it, I definitely felt that ordering this was the right thing to do! Because there are many dishes in a bowl, you don't have to think about which one to try. First try the earth fish soup ~ milky white soup is very fragrant, with a pepper flavor is quite heavy. Although it claims not to add MSG, I still have a little taste after drinking the soup. The noodles are quite smooth, and the portion is large~ I didn't finish it in the end... The fish skin is crispy, the fishballs and fish fillets are bouncy and the fish flavor is quite strong. Thick char siu and vegetables, really super rich✨ However, the roast duck was a bit fat, and I personally did not like the taste of rose syrup red sausage.
