Recently I visited a Japanese restaurant in Jordan🇯🇵～ The name of the restaurant Qingshe means to bring a respite oasis to the bustling city🏝️ As soon as I entered the store, I saw the large floor-to-ceiling glass windows🪟 It felt like an oasis in the bustling city of Jordan～😆 - The restaurant offers Japanese cuisine and Japanese skewers made with seasonal ingredients. There is also a range of boutique coffees, sake and local craft beer. You can get together with your close friends and have a drink to relax. 🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻 ✨ Grilled Tokachi Pork and Scallion Skewers with Secret Mustard Sauce ($38) [Recommendation🌟] Let’s start with the pork and onion skewers🍢～ The pork is juicy and crispy, and the noodles are topped with secret mustard sauce. It’s sweet and spicy, so delicious! - ✨ 2 pieces of Chinese sesame chicken wings ($48) [Recommendation🌟] Two large Chinese-style chicken wings with wing tips. When the waiter brought them, I could already smell the fragrance~ Sesame seeds are sprinkled all over the chicken wings. Freshly made on order. It is rich in fat and sweet ~ The chef also gave me sea urchin ~ It tastes creamy♪(´ε｀ ) - ✨ Grilled Three Flavor Sushi 3 Pieces ($58) The grilled sushi includes toro, crab stick and hamachi 🍣~ The fish oil fragrance after grilling is more prominent than sashimi. The toro feels like it melts in your mouth. The other two are relatively ordinary and taste normal. - ✨ Soy sauce rice balls ($33) The outer layer of the rice ball is coated with sauce and baked until slightly charred 🍙 Wrapped with seaweed, the golden salty and fragrant rice ball is recommended to add meat floss/salmon paste as filling for a richer taste! - ✨ Original waffle with ice cream ($68) Waffles with vanilla and chocolate ice cream~🍫 The texture of the ice cream is denser than expected.
