Wine Tasting in Hong Kong - 🔹JWS Wine 101 Beginner's Class🍷

I like the taste of this white wine very freah, lighter color, high acidity, can be paired with some dishes that need to increase acidity, such as lemon🍋. 🥂Tres Vinas Blanco Reserva 2019, from the excellent value for money 🧡Baron de Ley winery in Rioja, Spain. The white wine is more golden in color with a little more tannins and notes of honey, oak, and almond. It goes well with food with cream and butter. 🍷Nipozzano Riserva Chianti Rufina DOCG 2019, from the Italian noble winery💜Frescobaldi, more than 700 years of history as a family operation, has been passed down to the 30th generation. It smells very different from the flavors of red raspberries, especially the raspberries, and also has tea and coffee notes.
