A hidden ramen shop with authentic ingredients

There is an inconspicuous ramen shop ~ Uncle Ramen in d2 place in Lai Chi Kok. Although the shop is small, the owner is very warm and entertaining. We ordered the two signature soup ramen recommended by the owner: Tetsu Intense Soup Chicken White Soup Ramen, Tetsu Wagyu Bone Broth Ramen. The soup is made with real ingredients, no MSG, so I don't feel thirsty after eating it. The ramen is bouncy and not the kind of flour. All the ingredients in the whole bowl of noodles are very tasty. Also ordered dumplings and salad snacks were good. ##Hong Kong food
