Every festive day to find a good restaurant, the restaurant firstly quiet, secondly the food to be of standard, secondly to take pictures and good service! This year I found this 🇯🇵 Japanese restaurant 🥢 in the Shangri-La Hotel, Kowloon and everyone is very satisfied 💯 Because there are only three card seats in the restaurant, I called to make a reservation a month in advance. I came to celebrate and wanted to eat better, so I quickly decided to try the [Kaiseki] for $620 per person (plus one)! [Kaiseki] First course: Tento tofu with shrimp 🦐 (flower-shaped bowl served, thoughtful) Second course: Japanese fresh fish sashimi platter (the sashimi is very fresh and sweet, on a sea blue plate, with ocean 🌊feel) Third course: eight-inch wine dish ~ Six foods include: cold-made vegetarian dishes, tamago eggs, shrimp tempura rolls, salmon balls, broad beans, lily slices (long plate placed on a small potted plant, beautiful to eat)  Course 4: Japanese Vegetarian Flying Dragon with Beef (Beef Tender) Fifth dish: Salt-grilled Japanese horse head fish fillet (fish scales fried to crispy, fish meat  tender) This dish is the best in the cuisine 😋 Course 6: Sakura Shrimp Rice, Pickles, Bean Curd Soup (makes me feel full and warm) Finally, the dessert was sesame frozen 😋 not too sweet Because the anniversary 🥂 restaurant also sent cake🍰 mission completed, everyone is very satisfied 💯 can give 100 points of Tanwan Japanese cuisine #HongKongFood #HongKong
