Absolutely amazing experience in PERLA which is located in 101/F ICC. PERLA such a beautiful place and the seafood was incredible. Mediterranean Seafood Journey is prepared and execute by Chef. All prepared fresh and very delicious seafood.🦞 🦑Squid crudité with plankton, Yellowfin tuna tartare served with uni, mushroom broth and caviar 🦞Brittany blue lobster steamed and served with caramelized onions, fresh salad and caviar 🦞“Guazzetto” fish gnocchi served with seafood stew and caviar 🥣Homemade “cappelletti” ravioli with a cod and sea bream filling served with mullet roe bottarga 🦐Carabineros red praen cooked in sea salt 🍋Sorrentina cream puff with Amalfi lemon The 6 course meal was incredible. The presentation, the flavor, and the service was exceptional.
