I always go to the theme park 🏰 when I go to Tsim Sha Tsui Station. This is my first time taking my two brothers to Discovery Bay. Because I found that this playhouse can play 4 hours in one time slot❗️ It's 14,000 feet big😲 What attracts me the most is this brightly colored 🌈 Asia's largest indoor slide 🛝 Brother played it several times, like it 👍🏻 Unfortunately, there is a height limit. Taste of Thai Cuisine & Bar I know I have to give it a try when I heard the waiters speaking authentic Thai to each other. Hence, we walk in for dinner. Its just me and Mr, so there’s only so much I could order 😂 but I know I will go back for more! Thai Coffee is well roasted, not too sweetened, not dripped but definitely not the HK style ice coffee you ordered elsewhere. Minced Pork with Lettuces is my favourite! Their stir fry minced pork taste wonderful, not too soft or juicy but the flavour is rich and it’s not dry. It’s perfect on rice, so beside the lettuce, I ordered steam rice 🍚 all because of the minced pork. Pad Thai is my second favourite of the night. Right amount of oil and moist, not too dry (they’ll stick together like dough) and definitely not too wet (or it’ll be a mouthful of oils). It’s delightful with a pint of lemon and spice. Roasted Pork Jowl with papaya salad is mouthwatering. Freshness of the papaya salad is perfect as appetising. A little spicy for local taste but definitely acceptable for me Malaysian 😏 Roasted pork jowl/ neck is surprisingly tender and juicy. I’m definitely coming back for more.
