Among them, the Michelin Chinese restaurant Tianlongxuan is so hard to get a seat that reservations need to be made several months in advance. The breakfast dining area also has an unbeatable view. Whether you like Chinese or Western food, you can eat what you like. Pineapple buns, potato cakes, Hong Kong-style steamed buns, croissants, and fruits are all available! If you like lobster in the evening, Burger & Lobster is also worth trying. I have eaten it many times in London, but the experience in Hong Kong this time is better, the ingredients are fresh, the service is excellent, and the wine is delicious.
