Asok Thai has opened a cake shop. I’ve been to one of its restaurants and thought the food tasted pretty good, so let’s go and eat cake 😎. The Central store is on the first floor of the Central Market, and there is also a dining area for sit-down meals. The environment is pure white exterior walls, coupled with Thai style decoration, giving people a comfortable feeling. - ▪︎Banana Pancakes $78 A mini version of four pieces, with crispy bananas on the surface, the bananas are chocolate skin, and the inside is soft and smooth banana flesh😍. The pancakes are rich in texture and have a very fragrant banana flavor. Since I don’t like sweet food, I think it’s a little bit sweet🤔. - ▪︎Tom Yum HKD$78 A dessert that stimulates the taste buds😎, with sweet and spicy tastes at the same time. The outer layer is a crispy white chocolate bowl, with white chocolate shrimp and coconut rice noodles to make the shape more similar. It’s filled with soft and smooth Tom Yum mousse and the cake has a fluffy texture. - ▪︎Durian HKD$88 The MINI version has an attractive shape, an eye-catching and cute appearance, and the small pieces look like what the mouse girl 🐿 eats 🤣. The durian flesh has a rich flavor and blends well with the cake. There are soft and sticky glutinous rice balls in it, so the whole taste is quite rich. - ▪︎Thai milk tea｜Ban Lan soft bread HKD$28 It feels like eating donburi and bread at the same time, but the difference is that it comes with fillings. There are four flavors to choose from, Thai milk has a sweet and rich flavor, while Ban Lan has a sweet and unique flavor.
