Impressive Hotel Staff

Address - 41-49 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong Ambiance/Facilities - A typical city hotel housed in a 20 something-storey building in Wanchai with relatively low ceiling and limited space yet every single staff member that my partner and I interacted with was nice, professional and helpful which was very much impressive. Gratefully our room was upgraded from the Spacious Comfort to the Executive Room which granted us nearly 10m square more space. Also we could extend our time of check out to 1400 free of charge. The room was way more spacious than expected, the room was clean and tidy. But somehow my partner was annoyed by some noise seemingly coming from the upper floor during our stay.
