[Purple Pure Vegetable Wonton] The menu of this neighborhood wonton shop we met had a column of "sai wontons". I thought it was quite magical and went in to try it. The round purple cauliflower wontons are cute in color, the filling is really only cauliflower shreds and a little mushroom, the wontons are a little easy to spread, the soup is slightly greasy, but I ate a lot of vegetables in one meal. Wonton is at the intersection of many coffee shops. The location is quite beautiful. There are not many seats inside, the simple decoration is not fancy. There is also street-facing single-sided seating. Looking at the menu, I saw a column for plain wontons, so I went in to try it. The soup is probably opened with some kind of flavored soup ingredient, and it feels slightly greasy. The plain wontons were a bit too easy to fall apart, and a few broke when touched. Fortunately, the vegetables did not leak out. The wontons are filled with solid shredded broccoli. There are really only vegetables, no vegetarian meat or anything else mixed in, and there are not too many mushrooms. I didn't expect that eating vegetarian wontons would end up eating a lot of vegetables.
