BEST local breakfast in Hong Kong

One of the best places to enjoy a hearty breakfast in Hong Kong is Australian Dairy, a local restaurant that specializes in ham macaroni and scrambled egg dishes. The ham macaroni is cooked in a rich broth that gives it a savory flavor, while the scrambled eggs are fluffy and creamy, topped with a generous amount of butter. To be honest, I only eat scrambled eggs from Australian Dairy! The combination of these two simple but satisfying dishes is a perfect way to start the day. Australian Dairy also offers other options such as toast sandwiches, milk tea, and their signature steamed milk pudding, which is silky smooth and sweet. There's always a long queue however the waiting time is short (~5 to 10mins). They are closed on Tuesday. Note: you will have to share a table with other diners & it could be quite squeezy. Not recommended to visit when you have lots of shopping bags. 🤣 Australian Dairy is a cafe that I often visit whenever I am in Hong Kong.
