I rarely come to Tai Kok Tsui and found this Italian restaurant with a spacious and comfortable seating space. The restaurant is dimly lit, which is quite romantic🥂 The overall food seasoning is just right, not too strong, does not cover the natural aroma of the ingredients, but more complementary to each other. 🍝Sausage Meat Sauce Homemade Handmade Twisted Pasta $178 (Fresh Italian sausage, plum tomato sauce, Pecorino hard goat’s milk cheese) The Italian sausage is delicious, the twisted pasta is smooth and bouncy, and the sauce is rich. The ingredients match each other, which matches the deliciousness😋 🍕Hot Sausage Pasta $148 (tomato sauce, buffalo cheese, chili sausage sauce) The pie crust is crispy and the sauce is appetizing and spicy. There is a lot of cheese🧀, so much that it can be threaded, which is satisfying. 🍄Stir-fried Mushrooms with Garlic $48 (Fresh winter mushrooms, apricot mushrooms, white jade mushrooms) The aroma of vanilla was absorbed by the mushrooms, sautéed just right, fresh enough. 🍰 Ready-made handmade tiramisu $78 (Soft cream cheese, Marsala white wine, finger biscuits, cocoa powder) The finger biscuits were dipped in white wine instead of coffee, which I found very special. There is a relatively stronger wine aroma. The cream cheese is very creamy and smooth and melts in your mouth.
