[The Murray, Hong Kong] Comfortable environment, super high quality romantic three-course dinner!

Today we came to The Tai Pan, The Murray, Hong Kong for dinner! The environment is very beautiful, with floor-to-ceiling windows, good lighting, and a spacious lounge! First, I tried the hotel's homemade bread, which looked like a cake, was soft, and had a rich olive oil flavor😍 This time I had a three-course dinner, with soup/salad, main course, and dessert. My friend and I both ordered lobster soup. The lobster was very filling and the meat was springy! The staff told me that the lobster soup was cooked for 8 hours and it is highly recommended! For the main course, we chose grilled Australian beef tenderloin with tiger prawns and bacon wrapped cod. The beef tenderloin looked attractive, and I chose medium-rare. The tiger prawns were refreshing and chewy, and the beef tenderloin was fried just right, not overcooked! The cod meat is very tender and feels so fresh! The dessert Tiramisu was no big surprise, the cheesecake tasted much better and had a rich flavor!
