Go back in time to the 1960s and have hotpot

I headed to a hot pot restaurant that was decorated in the style of a 60s food stall, which felt unique. As soon as we entered the restaurant, the waiter immediately greeted us warmly and introduced the restaurant's special food. We decided to order a coconut chicken soup to try. The waiter brought a whole coconut in front of us, and the coconut chicken soup base was very rich. Following the waiter’s suggestion, we first tasted the soup base, which was indeed refreshing and full of coconut aroma, which greatly increased our appetite. We then ordered a variety of other ingredients including beef, lettuce wontons and osmanthus clams. The beef is tender and juicy, melts in your mouth, and tastes even better with the soup base. The fresh and tender bamboo shoots in the lettuce wontons and the soft and tender wonton skin complement each other, which is surprising. The meat of osmanthus clams is tender and fragrant.
