There are not many Cantonese restaurants with a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour Zhang Mansion in Causeway Bay is one of them :) The location is very convenient, right on the food street in Causeway Bay: Denglong Street ‣ Zhanggongguan Shrimp Dumpling ($39) The signature shrimp dumplings are really good. The skin is very smooth and the shrimp meat is sweet I feel full when I bite it👍🏻 ‣ Jade Pearl Ball ($40) The appearance is special, with crab roe on the surface The skin is thin enough and soft. Spinach and fresh shrimp in the middle The shrimp is quite fresh ‣ Sakura Shrimp Radish Cake ($25) Fried carrot cake is crispy The surface is covered with cherry shrimp The radish in the middle is cut very finely ‣ Bamboo Fungus with Hundred Flowers ($40) This one is very distinctive.
