Lunch at Pondside was a pleasant experience: 🍽️Grilled Chicken Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing Fresh and refreshing, the sweet and spicy taste of the honey mustard sauce blends perfectly with the aroma of grilled chicken, making it unforgettable once you try it. 🍽️Pan-fried Pork Chop with Calvados Gravy (additional $3 required) The pork chop skin is fried until golden and crispy, retaining the moisture of the meat and making it soft. It is paired with apple brandy sauce, which has a moderate sweet and sour taste and is very appetizing. 🍽️Grilled Prime Rib-Eye Steak with Red Wine Sauce (additional $60) This dish was definitely the highlight of lunch. The rib-eye steak was grilled to a charred outside and tender inside, and the deep flavor of the red wine sauce enhanced the overall taste. Although it costs an extra $60, it is definitely worth it. For dessert, we also added an extra $48 🍰Tiramisu was equally good, with distinct layers. The combination of coffee and mascarpone cheese was both classic and innovative, and every bite was a taste of happiness. Finally, a cup of refreshing Ice Lemon Tea not only relieves the greasiness, but also makes the whole meal more complete. Pondside’s set lunch menu offers high quality food and a satisfying dining experience at a reasonable price (Mon-Fri: $198@1). Whether it's salad, pork chops or steak, each dish has its own unique features and is worth trying.
