Lunchtime visit to Maji Stove Cafe in Tsim Sha Tsui. This Taiwanese restaurant offers a wide selection of meals🤩, including some limited-time themed dishes, ensuring there's always something new to choose from😋. For this visit, I ordered the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup (half tendon, half meat)🍜, Crispy Salted Chicken with Mapo Tofu Rice🐥, and Spicy Duck Blood Hot Pot🦆. The beef noodle soup had a rich broth and tender, juicy beef🥩, with the combination of tendon and meat providing a richer texture. The crispy salted chicken was crunchy on the outside and tender inside, paired with the fragrant and spicy mapo tofu rice, making the flavors even more complex🥰. The spicy duck blood hot pot was full of heat, with a rich soup base and plentiful ingredients. Each main dish showcased the essence of Taiwanese cuisine, leaving a lasting impression🌶️. We also ordered two side dishes - Crispy Radish Cake with Spicy Garlic Egg Yolk Sauce and the limited-time Pistachio Jam Taro Meat Floss Cheese Omelette😆. The radish cake was fried to a golden crisp and served with a unique egg yolk sauce, making it even more delicious.
