I recently tried a dim sum restaurant and they have a great selection. First, tea table $13/person, first come a cup of fragrant tea, slowly sip. Dim sum: Excellent Bacon Chicken Pastry $55/piece, this pastry is crispy, the juicy bacon and the tenderness of the chicken blend just right. Crab seed steamed buns $39. The steamed buns are filled with meat and juice. Side dishes: Stir-fried clams with soybean pepper $148, fresh clams, served with soybean pepper sautéed, rich and delicious. Ginger Stir-fried Brussels sprouts $78. Dry-fried beef river $98. The beef river is very fragrant, the beef is tender and the rice noodles are smooth and non-sticky.
