Windsor House x MandyCat Chinese New Year Event

I passed the Lower Royal Fort at work today and saw an event stall set up in the atrium of the ground floor lobby. Walking over, I saw popular local illustrator Mandycat and the stall of Fort Royal furnishings. Each furnishing has a strong Chinese New Year atmosphere.
