High-Quality Meat and Diverse Menu at BBQ Restaurant

Anping BBQ has several branches. This time, we visited the Tsuen Wan branch. The environment is spacious, the seating is comfortable, and the meat quality is excellent with a wide variety of food options.😳 《Meat》 The meat in this meal includes Australian M5 Wagyu, Angus short ribs, limited-time skirt steak, and beef tongue. Highly recommend the M5 Wagyu and Angus short ribs. Both types of meat are rich in fat, melt in your mouth, and have a tender texture without any tendons, providing a very satisfying experience.🥰 Each person gets two pieces of beef tongue, which are very refreshing! Besides the Wagyu set, you can also order other levels of meat. The pork jowl and pork neck are also excellent.💓 《Night Market Snacks & Main Courses》 We ordered salted crispy chicken, southern octopus rolls, Penghu cuttlefish, and sakura shrimp rice. The salted crispy chicken is full of savory flavor, and the chicken is tender. The octopus rolls have a slightly thick batter, and the cuttlefish is well-stuffed and chewy. For the main course, we paired it with sakura shrimp rice, which you can prepare at the self-service area. It includes seaweed, sakura shrimp, braised sauce, and white rice, all mixed together for a delicious taste. The braised sauce has a garlic flavor and is not too salty, while the sakura shrimp is plentiful and crispy. 《Seafood & Authentic BBQ》 There are many options like scallops, shrimp, oysters, etc. But we were too full after the meat, so we only ordered loofah with clams, salad dressing squid, butter enoki mushrooms, and Taiwanese mochi.😆 The clams are fresh and sand-free, and the Taiwanese mochi, grilled and served with condensed milk, is very chewy and delicious. 《Drinks & Desserts》 In the self-service area, there are homemade teas like osmanthus oolong and roselle tea. You can also order drinks like winter melon tea and passion fruit green tea via your phone. There are many options.🥰 Finally, you can choose a dessert, either ice cream or grass jelly.
