Central's all-you-can-eat cod crab brunch

After working hard all week on holiday, of course I have to go and eat good food. Fumi, located in Lan Kwai Fong, Central, offers holiday brunch all-you-can-eat on weekends and holidays. Adult $588/person includes two self-selected main dishes and unlimited Japanese appetizers, salads, sashimi, sushi rolls, tempura, grilled items and more. The highlight is that there is Hokkaido native spiny crab legs all you can eat, you can eat for 3 hours from 12 o'clock, the quality of the food is definitely not worse than the high-end hotel buffet. You can also order unlimited drinks for an additional fee, or order a cocktail chill like we did. Let's talk about self-selected main dishes. There are dozens of choices, including dishes made with A4 Wagyu, tuna, silver squid and other premium ingredients. We both ordered 4 different main dishes to share. A4 Wagyu Teppanyaki There are 4 slices of A4 Wagyu beef per serving. The fat is evenly distributed. It can be eaten by lightly grilling it with a stove. The meat is tender and rich in beef flavour.
